The sexual fantasy of breastfeeding a baby is so common that it is diagnostic for the transgender condition known as autogynephilia. (See: YouTube Perversion Continues: Popular Breastfeeding YouTube Channels Promote and Sell Incest Porn)

Transgender Health recently described how a drug cocktail has enabled a man who identifies as a woman to breastfeed his partner’s baby as the infant’s exclusive source of nourishment for the first six weeks of its life.

The subject for the breastfeeding study, conducted by the Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City, came in with the goal of breastfeeding the child his expecting partner because she didn’t want to do it.

He was a 30-year-old transgender fully furnished with a penis, testicles, and Tanner stage V breasts–a “C” cup or larger. He began taking cross-sex, feminizing hormones in 2011.

To little surprise, mainstream media outlets covering the breastfeeding transgender woman story, such as the Washington Post and the New York Times, have not reported a fundamental element of the story.

Autogynephiles are transgender-identified heterosexual men who develop a sexual and romantic attraction to themselves in the image of a woman. It comes from years of repetition of a ritual they began as teens of masturbating while looking at themselves in the mirror dressed in female undergarments.

It is a medical condition, not a “gender identity.”

It is common for autogynephiles to marry a real woman and father many children. Many having fetishes around pregnancy and breastfeeding, which are also common porn genres for transgenders.

The breastfeeding study authors are Tamar Reisman, M.D., and nurse practitioner Zil Goldstein, who is also a transgender-identified man. The study does not mention any involvement of an Institutional Review Board protecting the rights of the infant, as is usually done with human research subjects.

Yet two medications in the milk-inducing drug cocktail are potentially dangerous to the infant, which the researchers failed to report.

Since he is a man, the study subject continued to take spironolactone, an androgen blocker, while breastfeeding. The researchers cite a study saying that spironolactone can cause tumors in rats, “but according to the American Academy of Pediatrics, it is thought to be compatible with breastfeeding.”

They also say a known metabolite of spironolactone, cancrenone, “is excreted in human milk” and “has been shown to be 0.2% of the maternal daily dose, which is thought to be clinically insignificant.”

Correct drug doses are titrated by age and weight, but the researchers do not appear to have taken into account the dramatic difference between the weight of their subject and the baby. The baby in this study weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces at birth.

Supposing that the transgender subject weighed 150 pounds, and rounding up the baby’s weight to seven pounds, the baby weighed 4.66% of his weight, and 0.2% of the adult dose translates to 4.29% of his dose for the baby.

The researchers also dismissed the dangers of their subject’s use of domperidone, which he obtained from Canada where it is used off-label to promote the production of milk.

Domperidone is banned in the U.S. because it can cause “cardiac arrhythmias, cardiac arrest, and sudden death when used intravenously.”

They add, “The FDA has warned against domperidone’s off-label use as a galactogogue (milk production inducing substance) due to its unknown risks on breastfeeding infants.”

Even knowing this, the researchers do not mention any participation of an Institutional Review Board looking out for that human research subject also known as the baby.

One of the goals of transgender activists is to convince others that any combination they choose of wishes, lust, medications, and surgery can change a person’s sex—in this case to turn a man into a woman.

Inducing lactation in men not only could fulfill a sexual fantasy of breastfeeding but also gives them grounds to argue that they truly have become women.

The breastfeeding study authors have done this by peppering their discussion of the results with gaslighting. Gaslighting, a term that refers to a form of vehement lying intended to make other people doubt themselves and believe the lie instead of evidence right in front of them, is one of the most powerful and frequently used weapons of transgender activists.

Breastmilk from real women changes in its composition based on the sex and age of the infant. But, interestingly, the researchers do not report any analyses of the breastmilk their male subject produced that would allow them to compare it to breastmilk produced by real women breastfeeding infants at the same age as the baby in the study.

They simply extol the benefits of breastfeeding as if the substance produced by a male using a banned drug cocktail were the equivalent of the breastmilk of real women who are mothers. They proved no such thing.

Lawmakers should ban research on how to induce lactation in men to allow them to breastfeed because it puts infants at risk. The real purpose of it is to fulfill a sexual fantasy and allow transgender-identified men to claim they are real women, instead of a facsimile group out to pirate women’s rights and the very definition of what it means to be a woman.
