At least 2 people were shot Friday inside a New York City hospital in what police described as an active shooter situation.
Reports say shots rang out on the 16th floor of Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, not far from Yankee Stadium.
A suspect was believed to be on the loose in the hospital.
ABC 7 New York reported that two people had been shot. There was no word on their conditions.

The suspect is believed to be armed and on an upper floor.
Police are going up floor by floor looking for the suspect, who is not in custody.
There is a possibility there are more victims in the hospital, officials say.
